Purpose for processing – your information is being used by Somerset County Council’s Invest Somerset department to market Somerset as a place to invest and we are able to do this with your consent.

Legal basis for processing – Article 6(1)(e) – processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest of in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

However, these rights are only applicable if the Council has no other legal obligation concerning that data.
